Trump Hotel Collection asked MMGY Global to create a new brand for its luxury hotels and support it through a multichannel marketing campaign.
Because Trump is a lifestyle brand, MMGY created a campaign using images captured at each property inviting travelers to live life without boundaries, limits or compromise. MMGY also created a new website where visitors receive the same level of insightful service online as they do on-property by being able to customize their experience and receive personalized attention from a Trump Attaché™. Lastly, we accelerated the growth of the collection’s social media channels while increasing engagement, website referrals and goal conversions.
Encouraging potential customers to "Live the Life" at a Trump Hotel Collection property created impressive results. Traffic to the new site immediately increased, as did reservation volume, group leads and social media referrals. In 2012, the campaign generated more than 120 million digital media impressions with nearly 135,000 inquiries driven to the Trump website home or special offers page, leading to more than $1.1 million in bookings revenue. 2013 has proven to be just as bright, with inquiry up 700% through data collected on the previous years' insights, yielding twice as many transactions and revenue.
