The Beaches of Fort Myers & Sanibel’s brand identity was not holding up to the destination's potential, and so MMGY began the process of developing a new brand architecture, logo and campaign.
Drawing insight from various research sources, we created a new brand platform that entices consumers to “Find Your Island,” and promises them that, from the moment they arrive on The Beaches of Fort Myers & Sanibel, they will feel connected to the people and unspoiled nature around them. MMGY also developed a fresh media strategy that substantially increased the destination’s digital marketing presence while maintaining an active database of 220,000 subscribers who receive ongoing monthly email communications and promotions.
MMGY’s integrated marketing efforts resulted in a 10% increase in bed tax for the destination. In addition, the total earned impressions reached 378,000,000 with a total advertising equivalency of $6,800,000.
