Created in 2000, Interface Tourism France is a communications, public relations and marketing agency specialised in Tourism. As part of the Europe's leading network in tourism marketing (Interface Tourism Group), our Paris office is complemented with full service agencies in Italy, Spain and Netherlands.
We are the “interface” between your brand and the influential local media, trade professionals, as well as final end consumers. Gaël de la Porte du Theil, President at Interface Tourism Group
After many journeys around the world and some initial years’ experience in hospitality and tour operating, Gaël joined the Pierre & Vacances group to create of various “3rd generation” ski resorts in the Alps and some new resorts. In 1971 he began to manage & develop the Avoriaz ski resort, he co-created and directed France's 2nd most important International movie festival. He went on to occupy several managing positions in the Pierre & Vacances group and then became General Director of its tourism branch. He became Vice-President of the French National Association of Ski Resorts and President of the National Association of Residential Tourism and participated in the creation of the “Maison de la France” (the French National Tourism Board). As President and CEO, he merged 3 major Tour Operators Airtour, Touropa, Cruisair and, five years later, he added Air France’s subsidiary SOTAIR to create Jet Tour. He became Vice-President of the National Association of Travel Agencies and Vice-President of the International Federation of Tour Operating (IFTO). In 1996, Gaël became a Professor in Marketing at the Marne-La-Vallée University.
In the year 2000 he created Interface Tourism and within ten years brought this start up to become the leading tourism marketing agency in Southern Europe.

General Manager at Interface Tourism France
Passionate by Asian countries, Blaise started his career in Asia from 1998 to 2000 (Taiwan and Hong Kong) as expert in economic and social sciences studies for the French Institute in Asian societies. Blaise entered the tourism sector in 2002 as Promotion Manager for Wolters Kluwer Group, multi-domestic multimedia company, publisher of French leading tourism professional’s information tools. In 2005, Blaise joined Interface Tourism as Country Manager for Taiwan Tourism Bureau and rapidly get new responsibilities as Asia/Pacific Department Director, managing the PR & Marketing activities of Philippines, Sri Lanka, Australia and Taiwan on the French market.
In 2008, Blaise was nominated Marketing Director of the company with responsibilities on the strategy and implementation of trade and consumer promotion activities. In 2010, Blaise was promoted Deputy General Manager of the company, launching new development of the company with the creation of units specialized in PR, MICE and Social Media. In 2015, Blaise became General Manager of Interface Tourism France.
