Ricardo A. Roman
Founder and CEO at Interamerican Network
Ricardo was born in Argentina, raised in Uruguay, but 50 years ago chose Brazil as his home country. Before moving to Brazil, while young, spent a few years in France. Began his career in the hospitality industry as a hotelier acquiring a Delphin Hotel. From there it was just a step to found Interamerican and have its first client, Braniff Airways. Through the years, Ricardo became a synonym of experience and knowledge on Marketing and Public Relations solutions not only in Brazil, but also in South America. An entrepreneur and a true visionary, a few years ago Ricardo took an important step in his career and bought one of Interamerican's clients: Travel Ace Assistance, becoming a partner of the company. In the 90's Ricardo decided it was time to increase Interamerican's penetration in South America and opened the company first branch office in Buenos Aires, Argentina. 2013 was the time again to another step ahead and the company increased the presence in Chile, Colombia and Ecuador.

Graduated on Hotel Administration, Board President of Guarujá Convention and visitors Bureau, Vice President at Sao Paulo Hotel Association, Ricardo JR is extremely tuned on new trends and final consumer behavior and for many years, he was the head of the best nightclubs in Brazil, Allure and Club B.A.S.E. He also acted in other companies from our group where he was responsible for Delphin Hotel Guarujá retrofit, new visual communication and the implementation of modern management techniques. Ricardo JR leaded Interamerican restructuring, the extension to other South American countries and was also responsible for the creation of our Digital Department.
